Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total commission fee is required upfront to secure your spot in my queue. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the artwork.
Communication: I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission and will provide you with a rough timeline for completion. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the process, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Revisions: You are entitled to up to 2 revisions for each piece, free of charge. Additional revisions will be quoted as a new piece. If you approve the artwork and then request changes after the final payment has been made, additional fees may apply.
Right of refusal: I reserve the right to decline any commission without further explanation and return any moneys already paid.
Copyright: I retain the copyright to all of my artwork, but you are free to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please contact me to discuss licensing options.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of my artwork, refunds are not available once the commission has been started. However, if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your commission, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the commission, a cancellation fee may apply.
Delivery: The artwork will be delivered in a digital format conforming with the specifications initially agreed upon.
